Hosting and technical operation
Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, and the technical service providers involved process connection data as necessary for hosting, delivery and security.
When you visit the website, server logs may contain your IP address, date and time, requested pages and files, HTTP status, data transferred, browser, operating system and referring page. These records support reliable operation, error analysis and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website. Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for these purposes. Security incidents may require longer retention for investigation and the enforcement of legal claims.

Enquiry form, email and phone
For a project enquiry, we process the details you provide: name, phone number, email address where supplied, requested service, preferred date, site address and project description. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, arrange dates, prepare a quotation and communicate with you.
The form uses Contact Form 7 and sends the enquiry by email to deti-b-s@web.de. Our hosting provider handles technical transmission, while WEB.DE (1&1 Mail & Media GmbH, Montabaur, Germany) is used to receive email. In the current configuration, Contact Form 7 does not keep a separate message archive in the WordPress database.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract. Other enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to messages. Statutory retention obligations are based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. We delete enquiry data when processing is complete and there is no further reason to retain it. Order records and business correspondence may be subject to applicable commercial and tax retention requirements. Data may also be retained while outstanding claims are being resolved.
Providing data is voluntary. The mandatory form fields are needed to identify and handle your enquiry. You can alternatively contact us by phone or email. Please do not include sensitive personal data that is unnecessary for the project.
Cookies and your privacy choices
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar storage technologies may also be used. Necessary technologies can be used where they are required for a service you expressly request or for transmitting a communication (section 25(2) TDDDG). Optional technologies and associated data processing are activated only with your consent (section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We use Complianz to store your choices and control optional services. Select “Reject all” to decline optional categories, “Preferences” to choose individual categories, or “Accept all” to consent. You can change or withdraw your consent for the future at any time through “Cookie preferences”. Rejecting optional services does not prevent you from using the enquiry form.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is connected through Google Site Kit. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Statistical processing requires consent to the “Statistics” category. Page views, sessions, interactions, traffic sources, approximate region and browser or device information may be analysed using a pseudonymous identifier to help us understand and improve the website. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for access to your device, section 25(1) TDDDG. Recipients may include Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC in the United States and technical service providers. International transfers are subject to Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular an applicable adequacy decision or safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Retention depends on the configured Analytics settings; cookie lifetimes and event-data retention are separate matters. Further information: Google privacy policy and Analytics data retention. Use “Cookie preferences” to change your consent.
Google Fonts and external links
After consent to “External services”, fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google receives your IP address and technical browser and request information when the files are retrieved. Without consent, external fonts are blocked and fallback fonts are used. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Processing by Google LLC in the United States is possible and is subject to the international-transfer requirements described above. Further information: Google Fonts privacy information.
